A photo taken in much warmer weather. Nathan Phillips Square is outside both the old and the new provincial government buildings of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Many art shows, concerts, book fairs, etc are held there in the summer. The fountain area is turned into a skating rink in the winter with seasonal events as well.
